**As of June 25, 2019, the project has been awarded to Stiles-Pirtle Joint Venture for the amount of $117,979,172.** The project parameters of gmp 4 consist of: Expected construction start as early as third quarter 2019. Components of the project consist of but are not limited to: general trades and carpentry, landscaping & irrigation, scaffolding for pedestrian bridge finishes, concrete/precast concrete flyover ramps, building signage/wayfinding package, bi-directional amplification /cell boost systems, security/CCTV, and final cleaning. This project involves specific requirements in the areas of bidding, strict adherence to project schedules, building information modeling (bim), pre-vailing wage rate act, e-verify and port security, broward county certified CBE participation goal of 25%, and phasing.
