Pursuant to Broward County Stiles Pirtle Joint Venture (SPJV) invites qualified firms to submit subcontractor bids for the Broward County Courthouse East Wing Enabling Project located at located at 201 SE 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. Q & A deadline: Mar 02, 2021 5:00:00 PM EST In order to assist in this coordination, those attending the Pre-Bid Site Visit are requested to RSVP to SPJV, Mike Spurlock via email; Michael.spurlock@stiles.com in order to receive the most current scheduling and information. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is optional. This information session presents an opportunity for subcontractors to clarify any concerns regarding bid requirements. In order to be considered to submit a bid for this project, the bidder must be previously pre-qualified by SPJV or complete a pre-qualification form and be accepted prior to submitting a bid. In order to be invited to bid, and therefore access to the bidding website, please contact Mike Spurlock via email; Michael.spurlock@stiles.com. This solicitation includes a 30% participation goal for Certified Business Enterprises (CBE).
