Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in El Cajon, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 36,374-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of February 23, 2021, a general contractor has been awarded and the project is underway. All trades let. No further inquiries requested. Project: Student Services and Administration Building provides a new three story, 36,374 square foot new construction building located east of the existing student center on the Central Park south lawn area. The project will house Student Services including welcome center, Financial aid, Admission, Cashier, Counseling, DSPs, administration, classroom space, MPR, EOPS and CalWORKs. Central Park Improvements includes the 5 acre Grand Lawn area outside the LRC building F, and student center. Work will inlcude new pathways and reconstruction of pathways to meet ADA accessibility requirements, landscape improvements including retaining walls, outdoor amphitheater, stairways, sitting and congregation areas, and transportation access paths.
