The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received in accordance with the bid documents and the Hernando County Procurement Ordinance. Exparte communication may be grounds for disqualifying the offending Respondent from consideration or award of the solicitation or any future solicitation. Pursuant to Florida Statutes 119.071 (current version) sealed bids, proposals or replies received by an agency pursuant to a competitive solicitation are exempt from inspection until such time as the agency provides notice of an intended decision or until thirty (30) days after opening the bids, proposals, or final replies whichever is earlier.
