Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peoria, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of 1/28/2021 project was already awarded for $3,589,824.93. This project provides improvements along the currently undeveloped Jomax Road alignment in Peoria, Arizona and entails constructing a new 4-lane segment of Jomax Road with a landscaped median and new pavement. The limits are from the future Loop 303 Jomax Traffic Interchange to a new signalized intersection at Vistancia Boulevard. The project includes the construction of new curb and gutter, landscaped medians, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, installation of new pipe culverts, drainage inlets, and grading of basins and ditches. The project also includes signing and striping and installation of irrigation and landscaping; and the installation of a new traffic signal, service meter, and equipment; and a utility load distribution slab. The City is seeking a contractor to construct this project in accordance with the provided Plans and Specifications prepared by Kimley-Horn. Questions Due Date: Jan 6th 2021, 5:00 PM MST
