Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Improvements and installation of new park features at Heath, Sussman, Steelman, and other neighborhood parks to include accessible walking trails, inclusive and accessible play spaces, wayfinding, and adult fitness equipment); improvements to 11 existing community recreation center facilities including technology upgrades, site specific interior/exterior renovations, upfits, and accessibility improvements, HVAC and roof repairs, parking landscaping, and room updates. As October 14, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-32 Capital Improvements Program (CIP). Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2023-2024. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023-2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
