Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project is no longer needed.** The project includes relocating an existing canopy hood from Hines 215 to Monroe 124, on the campus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&T) in Greensboro, NC. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Pre-bid meeting - International numbers available: https://rmf.zoom.us/u/adyu5Oyxfu The lab relocation will be constructed on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. Monroe Hall is a 3-story research building having approximately 68,000 GSF. The project includes modifying air distribution to accommodate increased exhaust airflow generated by the relocated canopy hood. In addition, an exhaust fan has been added to serve a canopy hood and provide the space with general exhaust. The goals for participation by minority firms as subcontractors on this project have been set at 10%
