ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to install scour protection on the Clatskanie River Bridge in Columbia County. The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following: 1. Install and maintain temporary traffic control. 2. Install and maintain erosion and sediment control. 3. Construct staging area. 4. Install riprap mitigation at piers. 5. Remove staging area and permanent seed all disturbed areas. 6. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. Pre-bid Conference None. Each Offer shall be accompanied by (submitted via upload in electronically, except as provided in Section D.4) a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or Bid Bond payable to the State of Oregon in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer.
