Renovation of an educational facility in Farmingdale, New York. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Value is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction services for the replacement of the mechanical systems in Lupton Hall. The project will include schematic design for the entire building, and then construction documents and administration for the first phase. Included in schematic phase services will be development of a phasing plan with order of magnitude costs. As of December 14, 2020, this project is in the approval stage for Schematic Design. A bid for a general contractor is estimated for May, 2021. However that may be delayed due to the current health crisis across the country and NY.* *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
