Renovation of an educational facility in Farmingdale, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Farmingdale State College (SUNY) is soliciting bids from vendors for the Shower Enclosure Renovation Project in Orchard Hall. All Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with the contract documents. Additional details are available in the Invitation for Bid #2021-04, attached. In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offerer/bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of Farmingdale State College who are designated as the contact person(s). For this IFB, those contact person(s) shall be: Deadline for Written Questions and Requests for Clarification July 20, 2021 by 3:00PM. Issuance of Official Responses to Written Questions and Requests for Clarification July 23, 2021. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 19% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 11% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
