Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cobourg, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 203,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 180-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; 6,000-square-foot museum; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; and museum.

This Invitation to Tender is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland to General Contractors that were pre-qualified in Request for Supplier Qualification 19-38 to submit bids for The Construction of the New Golden Plough Lodge and Northumberland County Archives and Museum Redevelopment. The first phase of work is the construction of the new building and adjacent site works. Resident must be moved into the new GPL by the summer of 2022 and demolition of the existing GPL will commence subsequent to moving the residents into the the new GPL and to be completed by end of summer 2023 along with the campus site and civil works. Timelines have been established with regards to Ministry of Health and Long Tem Care funding and mandated resident move dates. *Project has been updated to adjust the square footage and the completion timeline ONLY.
