Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 48,000-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility.
Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) has entered into an agreement with the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation (the Foundation) that will support an Integrated Health Centre (IHC). The Foundation is developing the base building and VCH will lead the fit-out of the IHC with a leasable floor area of approximately 48,000 sq.ft. The IHC will be located on the first three floors of the building with other tenants on the first and third floors. TIMELINE: Project is pending budget, The address has changed. Construction is not expected to occur until the base building is complete. The new building construction that will house this health centre is under construction and followed under a separate report. The fit-out of the IHC will follow. Further update in late summer, 2024. Budget is unreleased.
