Renovation of a municipal facility in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this contract comprises the upgrade of the existing DDC system, including but not limited to the following: Balancing and associated electrical work as detailed on the drawings issued by the consultants Abatement of hazardous materials as required, further specified in Appendix C. Cleanup of all areas affected by the work to the satisfaction of the client, at the end of each work shift, All noisy, disruptive, and hazmat abatement work must be scheduled after-hours. All work scheduled during business hours must be approved by the client. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
