BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) invites prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Site Representative Services at various locations in Cranbrook and Creston, BC. The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day to day operations of the premises including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to communicate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive client relations. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years Property Management experience. Attendance is not mandatory; however it is encouraged. The purpose of the site meeting is to provide Proponents with an opportunity to view and garner additional information about the properties. All Proponents attending the site meeting are required to wear a mask. BC Housing will provide hand sanitizer. Deadline for Questions November 16, 2022 12:00:00 AM
