Site work for a mixed-use development in Rossland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The intent of this bid process is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the construction of the Rossglen Park Shelter, which is to be constructed within Rossglen Park located between Irwin Avenue and Esling Drive in Rossland, BC. The structure is comprised of steel, timber and decked roof spanning between glulam rafters which bear onto heavy timber posts. The foundation system is comprised of pad footings for the timber posts and a concrete slab on grade. The City of Rossland requires substantial completion by August 15th, 2023.
