Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Penticton, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and for the construction of a restaurant.
Skaha Lake Park Marina Revitalization. Scope of work includes, but may not be limited to: marina building upgrade, boathouse expansion, new splash pad, licensed restaurant as part of the marina, boat trailer parking lot relocation, naturalization of the riparian areas. TIMELINE: Project is pending budget approvals. Timelines for tender for the main building is undetermined. Owner has tendered the Skaha Lake Marina Dock and Finger Replacement scope and was awarded to Trademark Industries. Further update may be available in summer, 2025. Environmental Consultant: South Okanagan Similkameen Conservation Program.
