Site work for a water / sewer project in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 1 2021 this project has no awarded bidder yet. The project consists of construction of a new 30 DI water transmission main along Sourdough Road with 3 tie-ins to existing water main. This project includes construction of approximately 7,800 feet of 30 buried DI water piping, fittings, hot taps, valves, fire hydrant and related improvements. Each Bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Bozeman, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. The original must be provided to the City of Bozeman after the bid opening but before the end of business on the third business day after the bid opening. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
