Construction Services, Boyd Hill Oak Hall Building at the Lake Maggiore Environmental Studies Area, Project No. 15205-017. The Contractor shall construct an approximately 123' x 62' masonry building including roof overhangs. The building will consist of two classroom/multipurpose areas separated by a covered breezeway, office space, break room, storage areas, mechanical room, custodial room, restrooms, and covered outside porch areas.
