The project consists of Tree Removal, Grading, Bituminous Trails, Driveway, Parking Lot, Concrete Sidewalks, Cast-in Place Concrete, Lighting, Automatic Gate, Curb and Gutter, Crosswalk/Parking Lot Marking, Boardwalks, Overlooks, Natural Stone Walls and Stairs, Exterior Metals, and Restoration.The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Scott County Treasurer, or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Scott County, for at least 5% of the amount of the bid.The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
