Site work for a civil project in Cape Coral, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of September 28, 2019, the project has been awarded but Award amount was not confirmed.** The proposed project shall generally be comprised of the acidization of selected existing Upper Floridan aquifer raw water production wells serving the North Reverse Osmosis (NRO) Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and/or the Southwest Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The selected well Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, personal protective gear, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to plug back selected supply wells and perform the well acidization process on selected supply wells as described herein. In general, all methods and materials used during the execution of the work shall be in accordance with the latest revisions of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards for Deep Wells (AWWA A100-06) as they apply to the needs or conditions encountered during the execution of the proposed Work. The Scope of Work for each selected well shall generally include, but is not limited to the removal of the permanent well pump; conduct pre-acidization/pre-plug back geophysical and video logging of the well; perform a plug back on selected supply wells; redevelop back plugged supply well; installation of the selected packer system/configuration (single or double) on selected supply well if applicable; acidizing the selected supply well; redevelopment of the supply well with compressed air; performing post-acidization geophysical and/or video logging of the well; reinstalling the permanent well pump; disinfection of the well; conducting a two-point bacteriological clearance of the well; and, site restoration of the well site/staging area. It should be noted that work on a selected well within a specific wellfield (NRO WTP Wellfield or SWRO WTP Wellfield) must be completed and the well back in service before work can begin on the next selected well within the same wellfield.
