Site work for a water / sewer project in Cape Coral, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 6, 2023, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. Pipe Replacement Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and operations necessary to complete the following work for select improvements to replace existing 24 corrugated metal pipe within the easement running North-South between properties on the 2500 Block of SE 8 th Ave and SE 8 th Pl (see Exhibit A Pipe Replacement Map 2500 Block Retunda Pkwy) and add a manhole to connect replaced pipe to existing. In addition to other items as outlined in the specifications and bid documents, the operations may consist, but shall not necessarily be limited to all or part of the following: Removal of trees from easement and right-of-way. Any required permitting. Erosion Control Removal, storage, and replacement of fence within the work limits. Excavation and removal of 24 CMP to limits shown. Installation of new 18 HDPE pipe. Replacement of North inlet with new structure, and installation of new manhole at South end of new pipe. Sod placement. Swale restoration. All maintenance of traffic. Notification to residents. Delivery and removal of equipment/material to the site (hauling). Street sweeping, as necessary, & final clean-up of job site and repair of any damage caused by construction activities.
