This project consists of the construction of a new bituminous parking lot, picnic shelter, and supporting infrastructure and amenities near the existing Goodrich Park Playground. It includes stormwater infrastructure and water line extension to a new drinking fountain. It also includes electrical connections for the picnic shelter and site lighting. Concrete sidewalks connect the parking areas to the new shelter and existing playground. Site furnishings, a screen for a portable restroom, plantings, and related amenities will also be incorporated.
