Site work for a mixed-use development in Newport News, Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Tennis Court is located at Denbigh High School at 259 Denbigh Blvd. Newport News, VA 23608 and will be available for public viewing and examination. There are two (2) outdoor courts for practice, play, and recreational usage. Submit all questions via email to Shannon.bailey1@nn.k12.va.us no later than 12:00 p.m., July 6, 2022. Contractor shall submit with quote, three (3) similar completed tennis court projects and scope using the best practices and material. Contractor shall submit a statement on their company letterhead verifying when they will begin work and the number of days to complete the project and warranties. Tennis Court repair shall be completed no later than November 2022. Contractor shall submit COI naming NNPS as additional insured with proper endorsements before work commences.
