The primary objectives of the project are: to complete design drawings and calculations for tank sizing, lift station, force main and sand mound, install system as per NPS approved design, and abandon existing system in place per GA Department of Public Health Guidelines. A detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 237110. The small business standard is $36.50. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. Type of Contract: A firm-fixed-price contract is expected to be awarded towards the end of March. Note: Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Chatham County, Georgia will apply. The Government intends to award (1) one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
