The description and location of the project are as follows: For bridge replacement including removal of existing bridge, construction of a single span composite pre-stressed concrete spread box beam bridge over Larry's Creek, selected borrow excavation rock, milling, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design base, binder, scratch, and wearing courses, guide rail upgrades, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 287, SECTION 138, from approximately 5.6 miles north of the intersection with SR 973 at Segment 0220 Offset 0475, to approximately 3.4 miles south of the intersection with SR 184 at Segment 0220 Offset 1400, in CUMMINGS TOWNSHIP, LYCOMING COUNTY.
