The City is seeking Request for Qualifications to complete the Phase I Engineering Study for Lincoln Street Bridge replacement project. The Lincoln Street Bridge is located over the North Shore Channel. Complete topographic survey & geotechnical analysis, Inventory and evaluate Project Alternatives, Prepare necessary Environmental Documentation, Initiate and approval of Categorical Exclusion Process, Prepare structural Condition Report including under water analysis, Coordination with affected agencies and public, Finalize Lincoln Street Bridge replacement alternate,Develop traffic control alternates during construction, Prepare Project Development Report as determined by CE Process, Process cost reimbursement requests to IDOT. The City of Evanston reserves the right to terminate in whole or in part of the contract in the event that insufficient funds to complete the contract are appropriated by Evanston City Council. The City reserves all rights to take any other actions in the case of a Proposer’s noncompliance with this Section.The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to request written clarification of proposals and supporting materials from the Proposer. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant possesses and will keep in force all required licenses to perform the Services. the employees of Consultant performing the Servicesare fully qualified, licensed as required, and skilled to perform the Services.
