A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Evanston's Public Works Agency is seeking proposals from experienced firms for a facility-wide evaluation, and master plan for the Evanston Service Center, located at 2020 Asbury Avenue, Evanston, Illinois 60201. The City (the City of Evanston) in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all firms that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract(s) entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the successful firm without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation marital status, disability, familial status or national origin.. The City of Evanston reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to accept the submittal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. The Evanston City Council also reserves the right to award the contract to an Evanston firm if that firm's bid is within 5% of the low bid. Each Proposer shall be required to submit with his/her proposal a Disclosure of Ownership Interest Statement Form in accordance with Section 1-18-1 et seq. of the City Code.
