The limits of the project are from McCormick Boulevard to Isabella Street. The selected consultant may also be awarded the Phase II Design Engineering and Phase III Construction Engineering after the successful completion of Phase I Engineering. Bid Bond: N/A The City (the City of Evanston) in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all firms that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract(s) entered into pursuant to this notice will be awarded to the successful firm without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation marital status, disability, familial status or national origin.
