The description and location of the project are as follows: Two bridge replacements including removal of existing bridges, construction of single span pre-stressed concrete PA bulb-tee beam bridges with precast MSE wingwalls over S.R. 8030 (Ramp A-1), rehabilitation of two 3 span continuous steel multi-girder bridges (North Bound and South Bound) over Lycoming Valley Railroad including removal of portion of existing bridges, rehabilitation of two single span composite pre-stressed concrete I-beam bridges (North Bound and South Bound) over T-331 (Antlers Lane) including removal of portion of existing bridges, concrete bridge deck repairs, selected borrow excavation rock, milling, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design base, binder, scratch, leveling, and wearing courses, drainage, sign upgrades, guide rail upgrades, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 220, SECTION 193, from approximately 1.0 mile east of the intersection with SR 3013 at North Bound Segment 0210 Offset 1673, South Bound Segment 0221 Offset 0415, to 2.2 miles west of the Reach Road Interchange at North Bound Segment 0240 Offset 0897, South Bound Segment 0241 Offset 0902, all in WOODWARD TOWNSHIP, LYCOMING COUNTY.
