New construction of a stadium in Cumberland, Rhode Island. Working plans call for the construction of a 10,000-seat stadium.

As of July 16, 2019, the Pawtucket Red Sox signed a letter of intent with the City of Worcester to build a 10,000-seat stadium. An agreement needs final approval of the Worcester City Council, the International League and Minor League Baseball. The ballpark will be built by the City of Worcester. The design and construction of the new park will be overseen by PawSox owner and former Boston Red Sox executive Janet Marie Smith. A construction manager has been selected. A firm construction timeline is not available. The project is expected to be completed by spring of 2021.
