The recreational center building has a metal exterior, flat roofing system, concrete foundation, 4,428 SF, & was built in approximately 1950. Recreational Center - cove base, associated adhesive, 12x12 floor tile, popcorn ceiling, joint compound, gypsum board, panel adhesive, ceramic tile adhesive, grout, mortar, vibration cloth, window caulk, door caulk, residual mastic, penetration caulk, roof caulk, insulation, seam sealant, and roof mastic. 365 calendar days from receipt of a Notice to Proceed.
