The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in McKEAN COUNTY, ELDRED TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 1011, SECTION A04. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 1011 from Segment 0180/Offset 2144 to Segment 0180/Offset 2710. For the removal of the existing Single Span Steel I-Beam Bridge and construction of its replacement a Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert. Construction of approach work including Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, binder and wearing courses, pavement base drain, guide rail, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction for a total construction length of approximately 443 feet (0.084 mile) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
