Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Construction and replacement of the leaking roof of the Ruidoso Community Center that is in such disrepair to stop the water from the environment from coming into the center. Damaged decking and or structure will be repaired and or replaced at an additional cost. If a tapered ISO insulation system is required to achieve positive slope to drains this will also be an additional cost. Mechanically fasten an R-30 ISO insulation system. Install a Versico 60 Mil mechanically fastened TPO roof system utilizing all manufacturers specified accessories. Install TPO Clad edge metal at all perimeter edges. All parapets to be flashed with 45 mil TPO membrane fully adhered. The project will also construct and install a complete HVAC system as well as other improvements.
