As of November 13, 2024, this project has been delayed, and is on hold. A firm timeline for bidding and construction has not been confirmed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Evanston's Public Works Agency is requesting information and a Statement of Qualifications to perform architectural and engineering services for evaluating and designing a long term solution for the heating and cooling system at the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center. The City of Evanston reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to accept the submittal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. The Evanston City Council also reserves the right to award the contract to an Evanston firm if that firm's bid is within 5% of the low bid. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
