Renovation of a mixed-use development in Evanston, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Alumni Hall Project - (Bid Group 1 Bid Packages All Trades) Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid Amount Shall Be Submitted With the Bid. Should a Bid Bond Be Submitted, the Bond Shall Be Payable to the Evanston Township High School District 202, 1600 Avenue Evanston, Il 60201. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Parts Thereof, or Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities, and to Make an Award That in the Board's Sole Opinion is in the Best Interest of the District. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. If during the time period of work, the prevailing wage rates change, the contractor shall be responsible for additional costs without any change to the contract amount. All bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. No bids shall be withdrawn, cancelled or modified after the time for opening of bids without the Board's consent for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of bid opening.
