Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes a 50x80 engineered metal building addition with wash bay at the west end of the existing Ankeny Parks Maintenance Facility. Scope of work includes new water and sanitary service to the building, storm water detention and storm sewer, and site paving. MEP work includes interior and exterior lighting, power, technologies, unit heaters, exhaust system, compressed air piping, water heater, sand/oil separator, and connections to existing building. The scope ofwork includes all architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and technology systems. The balance ofthe building shall be maintained and operational during the project.
