Trades include but, are not limited to; scaffolding, surveying, rebar, site concrete& PPF, concrete ready mix, structural steel, metal decking, wood framing, metal roofing, sheet metal flashing & trim, firestopping, joint sealants, doors/frames/hardware, tile, signage, toilet accessories & partitions, fire extinguishers & cabinets, lockers, awnings and canopies, residential appliances, athletic and recreational equipment, multiple seating, site furnishings, elevators, athletic surfacing, pavement markings and landscaping. Construction Schedule (phased 1, 2A, 2B): Start - May 2022 - Complete - August 2023 Project Labor Agreement (PLA) DVBE 3% goal participation is encouraged. The expected cost of design and construction is between $32,000,000.00 and $34,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
