Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. General Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers may obtain Bidding and Contract Documents. No partial sets will be distributed. A cashier's check, certified check or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The successful BIDDER shall be required to provide performance, labor and material payment bonds, each in 100% of the contract amount, covering faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising there under. All prices must be guaranteed sixty (60) days from bid date.
