The City of Okemah has a new Animal Shelter facility that is out for bids. Animal Shelter Facility to include grading, drainage, gravel surface, concrete surface, metal building, concrete, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fencing, office, and miscellaneous related work. No verbal questions will be responded to. Please submit through by emailing bidding@wallengineering.com. Deadline for questions submittal is March 8th, 2021. 5:00 PM CST The Work will be substantially completed within 150 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
