The Successful Respondent Will Be Responsible Compliance With All Federal Regulations. Indian Owned (51% or Greater) Construction Contractors Only, May Apply for This Project. Selection of an Indian Owned Design- Build Construction Firm Will Be Based on Evaluation of the Following in Descending Order: Price 0-100 Points -Points Figured by Lowest Bid/your Bid X 100 Points = Your Total Points construction Experience/ qualifications. 0-25 Points history of Five or More Years of Commercial Construction, Provide Proof of Insurance and Bonding Capacity. 0-15 Points verifiable Indian Preference. 0-10 Points. This Project is Subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, 12 Usc 1701u and 24 Cfr Part 135 Which Implements the Act. These Regulations Will Be Incorporated Into All Contracts and Sub-contracts. Offeror's Can Be a Partnership, Corporation, Association, and/or Other Legal Entity Which Will Have Contractual Responsibility for the Project.
