CSU is soliciting the submittal of proposals from Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) firms for Additions and Renovations to the J. L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The project will be designed to meet the High Performance Certification Program as prescribed by the Office of the State Architect. The estimated fixed limit of construction is in the $175-$215M range. The initial contract will include planning and preconstruction services. When full construction funding is available, the awarded CM/GC will be contracted for the remainder of the project including but not limited to on-site assessments, construction and warranty period under the standard Construction Manager / General Contractor Agreement (Form SC-6.4). Specific tasks to be performed by the CM/GC firm include those generally performed by the CM/GC construction community where the Construction Manager is also the Contractor.
