Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 9718 Childcare Center Renovation Northside Aztlan Community Center. The scope of work consists of providing the renovation of the City of Fort Collins Northside Aztlan Recreation Center at 112 Willow Street, Fort Collins, Colorado. The work consists of renovating portions of west side of the building to create a new childcare center. This work will need to be completed in one phase. See Attachment A for the drawings which provides the scope of work. The other areas at Northside Aztlan Recreation Center will need to remain open to the public which will require dust partitions installed and there may need to be certain portions of work (loud noises) performed outside of City business hours (7:00AM to 5:00PM). The City will do their best to work with the selected Contractor to limit work outside the stated business hours and we ask that the selected Contractor make provisions in their BID to minimize the impact to the public.
