NVITATION FOR SUB-BIDS FOR ALL TRADES A2 Group, Inc. (A2) is the Construction Manager for Manatee County on the Washington Park Preserve Phase 1 Project . A2 cordially invites interested and qualified subcontractors and vendors to complete and submit their electronic bid proposals no later than Tuesday, May 18th, 2021 at 4 pm to bids@a2group.com. Perspective bidders must register and can obtain the Bid Documents electronically at: https://www.isqft.com. Please this projec is federally funded thus Davis Bacon Wage Rate in conjunction with Certified Payrolls. The wage rates have been provided in the specifications section of the project documents. The project involves the complete site development of the Washington Park Preservice Phase 1. The anticipated construction start date is June 15, 2021. All requests for information on the project can be emailed to bids@a2group.com with the project name in the subject or direct contact at 941-456-7430. A2 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and accept bids which are considered by A2 to be in the best interest of the project.
