Renovation of a municipal facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the Ontario Pension Board to prospective proponents to submit for office renovation services. Only firms that have pre-qualified under OPB RFSQ 2020-003-CBR/mh will be eligible to submit a proposal. Renovate OPB office and improvement work may be required in the following areas: - floors 21, 22 and 23, OPB anticipates minimal renovation on 22nd floor; - reception areas; - copier stations; - sick room; - supplies and storage rooms; - enclosed private offices and open work stations (both low and high panel); - electrical wiring; - internet cable wiring; In addition, the general contractor will be responsible for the following work: - demolition of existing offices and improvements as required; - supply and install of all new finishes and fixtures required for the renovation; - relocation of any existing fixtures required for the renovation; and - clean up all floors after demolition and/or renovation, some demolition may be required for 19th floor *Award amount was not released for publication.
