1. Washroom Upgrades to accommodate new universal family washroom/change room, staff offices and mechanical room. Work in this area to conform to City of Toronto Accessibility Design Guidelines 90% draft. 2. Main Pool Bulkhead Replacement and Modification: .1 Modification of existing shallow end bulkhead to occur on site and as per drawings and specifications. Provide new hand rest and foot hold and provide all temporary barriers and protection to facilitate work .2 Remove and dispose of existing centre bulkhead and replace with new motorized bulkhead complete with hand rest, foot hold and rope pass-thru .3 Remove and re-instate existing openings or exterior walls to facilitate large equipment installation. .4 Provision of poured concrete pad in gutter area at key bulkhead locations as per drawings and specifications 3. Main Pool localized gutter tile replacement, localized painting of acoustic panel along east wall, replacement of existing lifeguard chairs with new and replacement of underwater pool lights. 4. Main Pool Ventilation Replacement: .1 Removal of existing grilles and ducts and replace with new as per drawings and specifications. Removal of existing mechanical HVAC equipment in Mechanical Fan Room and provision of new main pool air handling units, condenser, exhaust fan as per drawings and specifications. .2 Remove and reinstate existing openings, roofing, interior and exterior walls to facilitate large equipment installation Owner does not track plan takers and/or interested bidders.
