Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 82,245-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Demolition and reconstruction of the Félix-Leclerc Elementary School. The reconstructed building will house pre-school and elementary education classrooms, a gymnasium, a library, day-care rooms, multipurpose rooms, wash rooms and administrative offices. TIMELINE: Working drawings are in the final preparation phase. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor is slated for spring 2026. Further update at that time. Note. Project is implemented by construction packages. Demolition of the existing building followed in the report under CRM ID name Demolition of the Original Building - École Félix-Leclerc has been completed.
