Renovation of an educational facility in Wylie, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 237,600-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
The Wylie Independent School District is issuing this invitation to submit competitive sealed proposal for the renovation of WHS Science Lab. The Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) will be received at the time and location designated, and should include the information requested hereafter. The District reserves the right to exclude from consideration any responses that are incomplete or not received at the designated location by the due date and time listed herein. The Wylie ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities in the CSP process. Upon request, Proposals packets are made available to anyone who wishes to submit a response. However, it is the responsibility of the vendor to provide the District with the appropriate company name, authorized representatives, and contact information for the purposes of receiving notices, changes, addenda, or other critical information.
