Replace the existing Pump Control Panels with new remote telemetry units (RTU) at Tier II wastewater pumping stations, and modify the Owner's existing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system to incorporate the addition of these RTUs. The RTUs will include local pump controls and Allen-Bradley CompactLogix based automation, and will communicate with the existing SCADA system using cellular routers. Existing cellular autodialers will provide backup alarm notification. Site work includes new RTUs, field instrumentation and appurtenant electrical improvements to support the system. A postage and handling charge of $25 will be added for any items which are mailed. The Town of Cary reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
