Renovation of an educational facility in Manlius, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Prospective bidders shall note that this is a single prime contract under Wicks Law. Each bidder shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for any of the following: (a) general construction, (b) mechanical, (c) electrical. If Bidder is to be self-performing all work, Bidder shall put this in writing in a sealed envelope enclosed with the bid form at the time of bid. Bidders should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform for additional bid submission procedures not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids.Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents.Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders
