This project has been cancelled. QUALIFICATION OF BIDDER Upon request after the bid opening, the Bidder shall submit a fully executed AIAA305 Contractor's Qualification Statement, to be qualified as the lowest responsible bidder. RIGHT TO WAIVE OR REJECT The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. COMPLETION TIME The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 013200 entitled "Construction Schedules." REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to LeChase and King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
